Solicitor

This fantastic opportunity will allow a confident qualified Lawyer to develop their skills and to have a voice and input in our active growth strategy. Experience


The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with up to 5 years PQE and with some experience in two or more of the following areas:


  • Commercial Property
  • Residential Property
  • Family
  • Litigation
  • Corporate/Commercial
  • Employment
  • Wills and Probate

You must have the ability to deliver a strong client-focused service to offer timely, practical and commercial solutions. You must have exceptional communication skills, which allow you to nurture relationships and foster leads. But above all else have the drive and determination to succeed and build the ambitious Watson Legal brand.


Consultant Solicitor

As part of our strategic growth plans, we are keen to hear from experienced lawyers to join our growing team of consultants in the following areas:


  • Corporate/Commercial
  • Commercial Property
  • Residential Property
  • Private Client
  • Litigation

Experience:


You must be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with at least 4 years PQE and have your own client following. You must be able to demonstrate high level of work ethics, competence and undertake work with minimal supervision. You will also need to be an advocate for technology and a confident user of electronic case management systems.


Training Contracts

Watson Legal offer Training Contracts. We will be accepting applications to start in September 2019 from 1st November 2018 with a deadline of 30th April 2019. Please note we do not consider any applications submitted prior to the 1st November 2018 for the 2019 start date.


The successful candidiate will initially start as a paralegal with a view to a Training Contract. Accordingly, you must have either completed the Legal Practice Course or due to complete in June 2018, otherwise your application will not be considered.


Work Experience

We offer two placements within the summer period. We will be considering applications from the 9th January 2019 with a deadline of the 30th April 2019.
